Questions About Gym Closure

We want to share that our business is closing. This was not an easy decision, and due to unforeseen and sudden circumstances, it became necessary. We understand this may come as a surprise, and we appreciate your understanding as we work through this transition.

We sincerely appreciate your support and trust since 2024.

We are heartbroken to leave the Port Richey community.

Will I continue to be charged after the gym closes?

No. You will not be billed for any charges after the date of closure. All automatic recurring payments will be stopped. You are only responsible for any outstanding or past due balances dated prior to the closure.

Do I need to cancel my account?

No. Your account will be closed automatically as part of the shutdown process.

What if I pre-paid in advance for future months or future services?

If you paid in advance for services that will not be fulfilled in future months, please complete the attached refund request form. Be sure to include all relevant details so we can process your request as efficiently as possible.

We kindly ask for your patience as we work through all submissions. Our team is doing our best to respond promptly and fairly to each one. Thank you for your understanding during this transition.
